The basic information we need to proceed with the design and the quotation:
- Floorplan of the Hall and detail in scale of the assigned area with main sizes.
- Technical Regulation of the Show.
- List of the products to be exhibit, with eventual pictures and notes.
- Brand guidelines: logos; payoff and important messages; corporate images to be displayed.
- List of different areas and elements to be located on the stand: reception counter; meeting rooms; meeting tables; glass showcases or podiums; storage and warehouse; eventual kitchen.
